Page 73 Productions announces Development Program Finalists

Page 73 Productions has announced 26 semi-finalists for their 2014 development programs. Page 73's slate of individually-tailored developmental programs for early-career playwrights includes the P73 Playwriting Fellowship, the Interstate 73 writers group, and the Summer Residency at Yale University. The semifinalists include Clare Barron, Alexander Borinsky, Jonathan Caren, Kimberly Davies, Gabriel Jason Dean, Meghan Deans, (Mashuq) Deen, Sarah Espanier, Cory Finley, Sarah Gancher, Nick Gandiello, Diana Grisanti, David Jenkins, Kevin Kautzman, Andrew Kramer, Jerry Lieblich, Matthew Paul Olmos, Brian Otaño, Eric Pfeffinger, Becca Schlossberg, Emily Schwend, Mark Sitko, Charise Castro Smith, Will Snider, Gabrielle Reisman & Joe Waechter. Each year one early-career playwright is selected for the P73 Playwriting Fellowship, which provides year-long comprehensive support, including an honorarium of $10,000 and an additional $10,000 in development support. Six to eight writers are selected for the Interstate 73 writers group, where writers meet biweekly to share new pages; Page 73 provides a public or private reading for each playwright. Four playwrights are selected for the Page 73 Summer Residency, which offers a week of writing or workshop time at Yale University.
