BROADWAY BACKWARDS, the annual celebration where gays and lesbians experience their stories as told through the great songs of musical theatre and performed by their favorite Broadway performers, will return for its ninth edition on Mon Mar 24. The one-night-only musical performance produced by Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS and benefiting Broadway Cares and the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender Community Center. This year's edition of BROADWAY BACKWARDS (#bwaybackwards) will be performed at 8:00 PM at the Al Hirschfeld (302 West 45th St). Creator Robert Bartley will again direct and choreograph. Also returning are Mary-Mitchell Campbell as music supervisor, Tim Rosser as music director with Amy Jones providing additional choreography.
