Broadway Backwards, the annual celebration where the LGBT community see its stories told through the great songs of musical theatre by celebrated Broadway performers, will return for its 11th edition on Mon March 21. The one-night-only musical performance is produced by Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS and benefits Broadway Cares and the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender Community Center. This year's edition of Broadway Backwards will be performed at 8:00 PM at the Al Hirschfeld (302 West 45th St). Tickets are available exclusively at broadwaycares.org. This year's special guest performers will be announced soon. Creator Robert Bartley will again direct. Also returning are Mary-Mitchell Campbell as music supervisor and Tim Rosser as music director. Choreography will be created for the show by Bartley, Al Blackstone and Adam Roberts.
