Atlantic Theater Company (Neil Pepe, Artistic Dir; Jeffory Lawson, Managing Dir) will present their Annual Gala on Mon March 7, 2016 at The Pierre (2 East 61 Street). Actors’ Choice will celebrate Atlantic’s actors with an evening of unexpected songs, honoring David Richenthal and the Richenthal Foundation for their long-term support of Atlantic’s mission. This year, Atlantic asked a slate of favorite Atlantic actors to choose a song they love and a favorite musician to perform it. Directed by Neil Pepe with musical direction by Matt Gallagher, Actors’ Choice will be an evening of unexpected songs and celebration. The Gala will include special tributes from actors Norbert Leo Butz, Ted Danson, Kathryn Erbe, Will Forte, John Gallagher, Jr., T.R. Knight, Zosia Mamet, Ingrid Michaelson, Jessica Molaskey, Emily Mortimer, Eloise Mumford, Alessandro Nivola, Timothy Olyphant, Laura Osnes, Mary Beth Peil, John Pizzarelli, Adam Rapp, Ruben Santiago-Hudson, John Patrick Shanley, Bill Sims, Jr., Mary Steenburgen, Jason Sudeikis, Isiah Whitlock, Jr., Olivia Wilde & Doug Wright. The Gala will begin at 6:30 PM followed by a three-course dinner at 7:30 PM, a live auction, and star-studded musical entertainment.
