Devito, Kane, Lyonne, O'Donnell & Ross to perform Love, Loss and What I Wore

12/14/2016 4:42pm

92nd Street Y, in association with Daryl Roth has announced  that the play Love, Loss, and What I Wore, which ran Off Broadway from Sept 2009 through March 2012, will return for one-night-only on Sun Feb 5, 2017 at 8:00 PM at the 92Y’s Kaufmann Concert Hall.  Written by Delia Ephron and the late Nora Ephron, this special performance will star Lucy DeVito, Carol Kane, Natasha Lyonne, Rosie O’Donnell, and Tracee Ellis Ross – all of whom starred in the show during its Off Broadway run. Karen Carpenter, who directed the original New York and Los Angeles productions, returns to direct. Based on the best-selling book by Ilene Beckerman as well as on the recollections of the Ephrons’ friends, this funny and touching play opens the closet on this and other sartorial queries by using clothes as a metaphor for matters far deeper than the average walk-in closet.
