The original production of “...Joe Egg” opened at the Brooks Atkinson on Feb 1, 1968 under the auspices of Joseph Cates. Michael Blakemore directed a cast which included Albert Finney, Zena Walker & Joan Hickson. The Roundabout originally staged a production of “...Joe Egg” in Jan of 1985. It was directed by Arvin Brown and starred Jim Dale and Stockard Channing.
