"Allegiance" is based on a dark chapter in American history and tells an epic story of family, love, war, and heroism in the backdrop of the internment of Japanese Americans during World War II. The story follows the Kimura family in the weeks and years following the attack on Pearl Harbor, as they are forcefully relocated from their farm in Salinas, California to the Heart Mountain internment camp in the rural plains of Wyoming.
