"Metamorphoses" weaves a modern sensibility through many of Ovid’s classic tales: King Midas, Narcissus and his reflection & Orpheus and Euridice transforming the Circle in the Square stage into a 30' - wide pool of water in which these Roman myths come to life.

"Metamorphoses" had its World Premiere on October 25th, 1998 at the Ivanhoe Theatre in Chicago, IL under the auspices of The Looking Glass Theatre. The play had its New York premiere, Off Broadway at Second Stage on Oct 9, 2001 (to 12/30).
